Rights and permissions

Licensing terms

Noncommercial sharing of the designated manuscript is permitted with attribution. Commercial permissions are negotiated separately.

Manuscript license

CGG CFC UCFT Research Record, packaging revision 2 is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). This designation applies to that manuscript; it is not a blanket license for every framework, website asset or code file.

Read CC BY-NC 4.0Manuscript notice

Give appropriate credit, link to the license and indicate changes. Educational or research use must still qualify as noncommercial under the license. A research purpose alone does not establish noncommercial use.

Commercial permissions

Commercial uses requiring permission under copyright are not authorized by the manuscript’s CC BY-NC license. Obtain permission through a separate written agreement with Thomas Lee Allen Jr., including any negotiated fees or royalties.

For an inquiry, describe the material you want to use, the product or service, intended audience, distribution, and whether you want to adapt or sublicense it.

Request commercial permission

A licensing inquiry is not a license grant. Fees and royalties take effect only under an agreed contract.

Code and other material

The supplied cgg_structural_audit.py has a separate reserved-rights notice. No additional reuse permission is granted by this revision. Contact the author to discuss permission.

Other website text and assets are reserved unless expressly licensed. Third-party material remains subject to its own rights and attribution.

Scope of protection

These terms apply only to rights the author holds. Copyright does not create exclusive rights in facts, equations, mathematical methods or ideas, and this page does not impose royalties on independently applying those ideas. Statutory exceptions and previously granted licenses remain unaffected.

A website or DOI records publication; neither establishes a patent grant, historical priority, or verified scientific results.
