Candidate applications

From molecular models to measured tests

Biological evidence enters the program through defined observables and controls. Molecular structure prediction supplies possible inputs, not a verification of UCFT.

External evidence: aromatic networks

Babcock and collaborators report ultraviolet superradiant behavior in organized tryptophan networks, combining theoretical modeling with fluorescence quantum-yield measurements in tubulin assemblies. This is a relevant external comparison for aromatic-network research.

It does not establish this program’s collapse mechanism, gravity coupling or a relation to the geometric curvature r. Ultraviolet optical observations also do not directly validate a proposed THz protocol.

Boltz: proposed modeling workflow

Boltz predicts biomolecular structures and supported binding properties. A useful study starts with one defined tubulin or aromatic-network complex, verified sequence identifiers, ligand identity where relevant, and a reference experimental structure.

  1. Specify the molecular system and the measurement the model will inform.
  2. Prepare exact sequences, chain assignments and biological conditions.
  3. Estimate the prediction cost and approve the concrete run before submission.
  4. Compare predicted geometry and confidence with experimental structural data; retain model version and run provenance.
  5. Use an independently specified electronic or open-system model to predict optical observables.
  6. Compare the prediction with measured spectra, fluorescence lifetimes or quantum yield under predeclared controls.

Run status: No Boltz prediction has been submitted for this website. No target sequences or complete complex specification have been supplied. The workflow is proposed; it contains no simulated results.
